I've trained at Chuan Tao kung fu over a number of months. The instructors are friendly and are serious about the progression of each student ranging from beginners to advanced students. I definitely recommend this school to anyone with any open mind to learn and have fun. You learn a lot ranging from self-defense to offense to grappling as well as sensitivity gauging when up against an opponent. Many health benefits include wider flexibility range, cardio, and strength benefits to name a few. Everyone at the school is welcoming and takes the time to improve upon each students progress. I keep coming back for that reason.

I've been training at this school for a number of years. This current location only recently opened but the instructors are the same as the original school that started in Tukwila and Seattle. I've also had previous training in Choy Lay Fut, Poekoelan Tjimindie and Krav Maga. Bottom line, Chuan Tao Kung Fu provides a learning environment that allows for the development of advanced martial skills and conditioning that I have not found at any other school. The mood at Chuan Tao Kung Fu is serious but friendly. You will work hard and sweat a lot but will have loads of fun doing it! I cannot say enough positive things about this school; it has become such an integral part of my life.....give it a try and you won't be disappointed!
