Great yoga and jiu-jitsu.

I have been actively involved with Tula for almost 2 years now. My fears about doing yoga were quickly diminished with the help of the very patient and understanding teachers! My neck pain has improved and so has my strength and balance. It is more of a workout than I originally thought it would be and my stress has decreased substantially. I can really tell if I miss yoga class more than a couple of days and can't wait to hit the mat when I come back! I am so happy with all of the positive things that have come out of this experience. I can't thank Michelle and Lisa at Tula Yoga enough :) P.S. The monthly cost is Very reasonable!

Robert is an amazing Jiu Jitsu instructor for my 7 year old son. He truly cares about the children and has a wonderful teaching style that really connects with the kids. I have not seen him in action for the adult class, but I'm sure he's of the same caliber! Michelle and Lisa deliver a profound yoga class that is enlightening, challenging, and in a relaxed environment. Their knowledge of yoga and bio-mechanics in general - as well as their connection with those in their class are unparalleled! My 5 year old daughter also takes their kids yoga class with Lisa and has fallen in love with it. Thank you so much for this gem to our community.

I have been going to Tula Yoga for over a year now and have been pleasantly surprised and grateful with the results from taking both Michelle and Lisa's classes. With changing to a healthier diet and going to yoga for my exercise program, not only have I lost over 55 pounds, but with the different poses and exercise it has helped reshape my body so I don't have excessive loose skin from the weight loss. The instructors have been great on showing the class different ways to do a particular pose that might work better for each person's physical ability while still getting the same result. I also have both of my sons, age 10 & 11, enrolled in Robert's Jiu Jitsu class. Robert is a very patient teacher and he is a natural when it comes to working with children. Robert is teaching the kids more than self defense but how to respect and treat others and to use what they learn only to defend themselves or in competition. This is an amazing place for every member of the family and it’s for all ages in both the Yoga and Jiu Jitsu classes and I highly recommend it to everyone.
