I keep coming back to Krav Maga Kirkland because the classes, people, instructors make it worth it, not too mention the increase in my strength and fitness level. Each instructor brings their own spin on the workout, making it new and interesting....and never boring...ever. It's been fun getting to know the other members and their stories and to cheer each other on in our fitness goals. If you're looking to be stronger, feel more confident in yourself, and/or learn how to defend yourself then look no further than this place. You'll learn how to punch, kick, defend, or neutralize a threat using your own size and skill to your benefit. I just passed my level 2 test and I'm ready for more!

Fantastic! I worked out here for a year and a half until I had to move for work. You will learn self defense, build endurance, gain confidence, meet great people, have fun, and get in shape. It will be the best thing you've ever done!

I've been coming to Kirkland Krav Maga since November 2016. My first taste of it was the 6-week challenge, after which I knew that I couldn't get enough, so I signed up for a year membership. I haven't had any prior training or active lifestyle and was going through a rough patch in my life before I decided to do the challenge and I'm really glad I found this place. Almost immediately I noticed my health had improved, I gained more confidence, shortly after which made a life-changing career upgrade and met some pretty amazing people along the way. It was through the training that I realized that I hadn't been pushing myself hard enough, not just physically, but mentally. This past winter was the first one on record I didn't get sick at all like everyone else around me - and I owe a big part of that to becoming more active and keeping a closer eye on my health! I owe my irreplaceable experience to the amazing instructors and students that push me to do better every time I come in. The instructors care that you get the most out the program as possible by encouraging you to do your personal best! I thank the staff at Kirkland Krav Maga for maintaining an upbeat and empowering culture. It's the reason I keep coming back for more.

What a wonderful group of people! I absolutely love coming here. Everyone has been so nice even though I'm always extremely nervous & shy about it. :) I'm sad that I'm leaving the state. I hope to find a place just as awesome at our new home. If you're local, check this place out. You won't be sorry you did.

I did martial arts when I was a lot younger and I was trying to get back in shape with a gym but it just wasn't cutting it for me. Gyms are great if you can push yourself to go, but this studio is amazing because you have a tight-knit group of individuals who are looking to better themselves and help push you to do the same, especially without that "gym feeling" of being judged. Plus the instructors are uplifting and encouraging. I checked out a bunch of other martial arts places nearby and none of them fit the style I was looking for. Krav Maga is straight to the point and easy to remember.
