This class is perfect for anyone that wants to learn how to defend themselves in any situation. It is for every fitness level. It is not about fighting. It's about defending and surviving an attack. The class is fun and functional. The instructor is welcoming and expertly knowledgable and his instructions skills are superbly technical and precise. The best thing I've ever done. I highly recommend this to anyone that wants to learn to protect themselves, get in shape, and be around incredibly supportive and positive people

This is one of the most realistic and intense training opportunities out there. This is like no other. If I could give it a 6, I would have. What an experience. It is evident that the owner is devoted to making sure his students are truly prepared to understand the application of these critical skills. I would recommend you try one lesson. Once you do that, you will understand what I mean.

I signed up for a 6 weeks challenge back in April of 2016. Dennis worked us hard but always showed us how to modify an exercise to our fitness level, pushing us to get better as the challenge continued. By the end of the challenge I was hooked and am now a regular student in his Women's program. Dennis continues to push all of us to be "1% better every day". I find myself doing things from a Fitness and Self Defense perspective I never thought I could do. While I hope never to have to use the tools I've learned in real life, I'm confident that what I've learned from Dennis are grounded in reality and will work. I've found a group of people in their other students that are positive and supportive as we all work towards our goals every day.

Great Instructor. He told me on the first day I took his class he could change my life if I did not quit. He pushes you to your limit. I've lost a lot of weight over the past 2 years and he has not only changed my life but given me my life back to me.
