I cannot speak more highly about Neutral Ground Martial Arts. The atmosphere is fantastic to begin with. The people and the staff are phenomenal! I was a bit nervous at first, but they make you feel so comfortable I instantly questioned myself as why I didn't start sooner. Excellent focus on technique for each discipline. Ample roll time and a ton of fun!! Highly recommend trying any and all disciplines offered. You will not be disappointed!

I've been at Neutral Ground for a few months now and I don't see myself ever leaving. I learned a lot in martial arts but that also carried over in my daily life. I feel that I'm a more positive well-rounded person. If I had to choose one thing I love most about Neutral Ground it would be the limitless support and encouragement. I started with no previous experience and everyone was patient and helpful. When I'm in class and I'm struggling with something, someone is always around to give me pointers or let me watch someone do it correctly. I have absolutely no regrets about joining. There are some truly amazing people there.

Excellent program for my 9 year old son. Hands on right from the get-go, confidence building and best of all attitude and character development. Coaches are knowledgable, friendly, approachable and committed to success of the child. Top notch class for all kids.

My husband and my kids have been going here for several years now, and they all love it! All of the instructors are absolutely great and extremely passionate about what they do. Everyone at the gym is respectful towards one another and more than willing to help others succeed.

My 9-year-old daughter tried out NGN this summer. It's been a very positive experience for us and it was an easy decision to join after her second week of lessons. She looks forward to class every week and self-motivates herself to practice at home. Coach Perry and Coach Talon are leaders and teachers that the kids obviously respect. As a parent, it's been a great experience watching my daughter doing push-ups at home or practicing what she's learning in class because she wants to do well and because she really enjoys it. The focus on a different positive word each month is also great: last month the kids discussed Resilience at every lesson; this month they are discussing Compassion. I highly recommend NGN to other parents.
