I went there for years and was a top student. Everything about the school was awesome, except for the fact that the proprietor belched GOP propaganda at his students almost continually (maybe he doesn't anymore, I don't know). As the years pass, I realize more and more how tragically ironic that was. Dear Mike, yielding isn't just a physical thing. Try at your own risk, I wish them and you the best. Cheers! 道教, 道家思想

Best most authentic school you will ever find. True teaching of a very ancient martial arts. Helps with defense, meditation, balance, health, focus, and well being. Once you enroll in this school you can come to as many classes as you want. Enroll and change your life, it did for me
