I can not thank Karate America enough for everything the owners and employees have done for me. I have been going here for roughly 10 years now and every single moment has been beyond worth it. All of the instructors I have had have been beyond wonderful! I have learned so much from these wonderful people and I am thrilled to be able to say that I still go here and plan on testing for my 3rd Degree Black Belt through this school. Karate America has pushed me to be a better version of myself and learn self-discipline and the importance of setting goals and sticking to those goals. Not only are the instructors and employees beyond amazing, the students there range in age from kids in K-4 through adults and each and every one of them is fantastic to work with. That is what truly makes Karate America unique. The environment in which we train treats every student with respect and the instructors treat all of us as equals. There are so many more things that I am very grateful for being a part of such as, Demo Team, the Oregon Parade, and After School Club, to name a few. Karate America has truly shaped who I have become and I can not thank them all enough for being a part of my journey. Thank you, Karate America.

The Karate America in Oregon, WI is a tremendous place to learn whether you're a kid or an adult. My son is trained here. He's pushed hard to grow not only in the martial arts but as a person. They supplement the character traits that my wife and I are doing our best to imbue our son with. The instructors teach with passion and joy. My son leaves exhausted but always having a great time. I cannot recommend this place enough!

My daughter has only had 2 lessons so far but she is super excited about them. She was very nervous to try it out but Mr Rossi and the others were so kind and reassuring to her. She struggled during class 2 but Mr Rossi was very encouraging to her and was very positive. By the time she left that building she was much more comfortable and knows to not give up and she will be supported. My son was watching that day too and now wants to join also. They learn some great skills made for a lifetime. Thank you!

We enrolled our three children in Karate America in 2006. Our youngest was 5 years old at that time. They attended the afterschool and summer camp programs for years, and continued on with karate lessons well after they no longer needed the care programs. They loved the programs, the karate lessons, and making long-term friends. As parents, we loved that our children remained active, and learned so many valuable life lessons (like self-discipline, respect, resilience, perseverance, and commitment). Our youngest is now 16, and is a second degree black belt, working toward her 3rd degree. She works at Karate America now, and enjoys teaching others what she has learned over the years. We have been so happy to be part of the Karate America family for so many years.

Karate America is the best place in Oregon for extra curricular classes for the kids and adults. You can really tell that Mrs. Burkel and her staff truly care about the kids. My 6 year old daughter has been going here for almost 3 years. My 4 year old daughter for almost a year. I have been going for the last 5 months or so. The classes for kids are great. They much more than self defense. My daughters have learned about self discipline, honor, integrity, being a leader, working hard. Plus, as a father, the idea of eventually sending them off to college seems easier knowing that they will eventually become black belts. I myself have learned a lot in the adult classes while getting a good work out. If you are looking for a program to sign yourself or your kids up, Karate America in Oregon a must.
