The instructors are the best I have ever seen. Each master (instructor) give individual attention to everyone. This place is not just for self defense but also personal improvement. The instructors train an individual to be perfect both physically and mentally. They teach great values and help a student to grow as a very good individual. I am glad that my son is being trained here. I have seen a lot of improvement in my son in an year. There is a positive energy at this place. I am very thankful to the masters at Silver Lining Taekwondo.

Wonderful school, with a focus on fundamentals and integrity. Cannot say enough positive things about the instructors! Our family has felt welcomed into a special community because of the warmth of the staff. My children LOVE coming to class.

My children just joined the school on the East side, and in just a few lessons, they have changed how the present themselves. Positive learning experiences so far, wonderful!

I've been a student there for many years, and it has been a tremendous positive influence on my life. From a young age, I learned about discipline, respect, and (of course) martial arts. I would say the lessons in karate are helpful, but the character building that kids need at a young age is a priceless skill that is taught here with excellence. This isn't a generic karate place where they hand out black belts like candy, you really have to put in the effort and be involved to succeed, just like in real life. The teachers are extremely friendly, the atmosphere is inviting, and the core theme is one of self improvement and achievement. Everyone there is treated as close as a family. Would highly recommend to anyone.

I love this place. I had a very fun time learning karate here and the instructors are amazing! They are very helpful and are very nice people. If you are looking to learn martial arts, definitely come here. I love this place
