Great place to go to for Muay Thai training. Service: The instructor (Kru Brian) is articulate practical with his lessons and knows how to carry the instructions. They offer a free one week trial. There is more than just Muay Thai classes. Equipment: Punching bags, skip ropes for warm ups, spare gloves, sparring and even machines for lifting. Facility: I can hold a fair amount of people. My session had about 24 people. Super clean. They even fit a square ring within it. Clientele: There are some vibrant people out there who know how to push you the right way. I went with a friend then ended meeting more people. Definitely recommend checking it out.

Very please with Training Group. From Kru Geoff who teaches my 7 year old son is very patient. Kru Brian is the owner and is wonderful. He is very personable and interacts with everyone. I was originally looking for a place that was teaching kids, I was worried to be honest about finding the right place. Most facilities are in it for the money. This place actually encourages you to do a trial before signing up. They want to make sure you are comfortable and like the place. It's hard not to like it when everyone there is very kind, experienced, knowledgeable and patient. I would highly recommend this place to everyone, Adults (women-men) + kids of any age group.

For those looking for a great full body workout, I take part in a S.E.T [Strength, Endurance, Toning] Class that is held there 3 times a week. Brian is just an all around great guy, and the atmosphere is nothing short of incredible. You can come by and have a free week trial. I came to support a friend in her week trial and now I'm hooked. You'll meet great people and make friends right off the bat. And everyone is very motivational. Regardless of your physical level.
