The JCCC is an amazing cultural center right in our my own neighbourhood. From a beautiful productions featuring traditional Japanese music groups to their cool linguistic classes, this is a great place to begin your experience in a culture with a ditch history without the jet lag. I'm currently enrolled in the newbie language class and I feel very welcome here because the staff are so nice.

Love coming to this cultural centre. Staff is always friendly. The Nostalgia nights & film events are always fun with great food served. The favourite is the history on the Japanese-Canadian baseball & hockey teams. Always a pleasure visiting this place.

Came here for the anime matsuri festival and it was amazing. They have so much culture and activities to offer ranging from martial arts to flower arranging to learning basic Japanese. Definitely a great community to get involved in.

Best place to visit to learn about Japanese culture in Toronto. The library carries many Japanese books and DVDs including ones for kids. You can borrow them for free if you are a JCCC member and it is totally worth to be a member. You can experience Japanese arts, movies, festivals, food and much more (also members receive some discounts). It's also good place to just visit to relax. I hope the little tuck shop has better food options though it is not enough to take any stars off of the review.
