We love this place, the teachers and the general atmosphere. Our daughter goes 3 times a week for year now, always excited to go even when tired. The kids are very friendly and the teaching is top notch. Highly recommend! Best physical mental activity for girls and boys.

Our two kids (ages 3 and 5) have been here for a year and they have learned so much! Their learning extended not only to Martial Arts skills but life skills like respect, hard work and setting goals. It also opened the conversation about self-defence in real life and how to (and how not to) deal with things they encounter. The classes are positive and fun, the kids learn a lot from each other, and Professor Shah, Tushara and Justice are outstanding. I could not recommend this place more.

My daughter has been here since she was seven, and I've seen her confidence in moving and challenging herself go through the roof. Every class is energetic and positive! The kids get a variety of self-defence, coordination, and focus-related skills. There are exercises and goals for each student, as well as the whole group working together. The self-esteem and practical physical skills my daughter gets from hands-on martial arts carries over to everything she does.

Both of our kids absolutely love happy kids martial arts. The dojo has a warm and welcoming atmosphere and Professor Shah and Tishara are patient, encouraging and positive. There is a great balance of discipline and fun!
