Simply the best. Unsurpassed. There is no where better. If you're looking to find coaches who are deeply invested, and sincerely care about your individual development as an athlete, Brand X is where you want to be. They've been doing this longer than anyone else, and they do it better too. I am a Marine wife and we've been stationed all across the United States. I've had the pleasure of training at multiple CrossFit gyms but can't help but compare them with Brand X. While many were excellent facilities, the training always, always pales in comparison to the training I've received at Brand X over the years. Whether you're brand new to the CrossFit method, or a seasoned athlete this remains true: they will take you as they find you, and bring you to places you never imagined. Out of shape, in great shape, pregnant, old, young, they train them all. Their expertise and knowledge is matched only by their genuine care and concern about your health, fitness, and growth. CrossFit Brand X of Ramona has my highest recommendation. I even drive an hour each way just to train there, and I do it happily! Now how many people do you know who can say that about their gyms?

CrossFit Brand X is one of the premier CrossFit gyms in the world, hands down. The trainers are some of the most sought after in the business and the owners are the founders of the internationally renowned CrossFit Kids program. My husband and I enjoy working out together and my children absolutely love being a part of the CrossFit Kids program. We are all better versions of ourselves thanks to the inspiration and instruction we receive from the trainers at Brand X. Safety and proper mechanics are of the utmost importance and we have all been able to improve exponentially because we have been taught proper form and technique. The sense of community is incredible and we are so thankful to be a part of this incredible place!

Cross Fit Brand X in Ramona is the best gym I have belonged to since I ended my athletic career in 1997. Having been a NCAA collegiate athletic I always strived to find a workout that would keep my body looking toned and in shape, and I have found that with Crossfit. I look forward to the different workouts everyday and the fact that Crossfit allows me to challenge myself. Although the workouts are strenuous at times, and you sometimes feel like you don't want to be there, it is the feeling of "family" that you get at Brand X that makes you want to come back again and again. The staff is wonderful, knowledgeable and always very helpful. A great and effective workout, an awesome staff, and the friendly members make me proud to be a part of Crossfit Brand X.
