I've been training at this school for about a year now, and I couldn't be more pleased. Gabriel, the owner/head instructor, is awesome. He's patient, enthusiastic, and offers very detailed instruction. All the guys and gals who train here are extremely nice, and I've become friends with everyone. It's a great workout and will undoubtedly build your self confidence and capabilities.

This school is great! Since joining I have not only begun learning a challenging and valuable skillset, but been getting into shape as well. I've also gained a sense of community thanks largely to the very friendly instructors and other students. The expertise and professionalism of teachers combined with the inviting atmosphere make for a great learning experience.
