If you are looking to learn Karate or just get into shape, this is the place for you. It is fantastic. Everyone is wonderful and they all make you feel comfortable and confident no matter what your skill or fitness level. They care about you and want to help you reach your goals. I can't say enough about Ageless Karate. Please stop in and talk to Joe. He is one of the best people I have met and has helped me tremendously. I'm so glad I stumbled upon this dojo after going to an eye appointment!

The dojo is full of friendly individuals who contribute to a positive atmosphere. Although, this sport can always become competitive, but competition drives people far and hard. This dojo also provides a spectacular conditioning routine. The cleanliness was kept up, I noticed. Tradition and discipline seems to be the emphasis of this school.

Sensei Joe is a great instructor. His enthusiasm and love for Karate can be felt in his Dojo! He is very knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend his Dojo for anyone that wants a dedicated instructor that will push you to become your best!
