A big shout out to the UFC gym for the 6 week challenge. They motivated me and push me on my 6 week challenge and my goal of losing 20 pounds. The staff and coaches really push you to accomplish this. They even give you a diet to follow with a grocery list. That helped me out a lot . And they even help you out with different recipes so it’s not boring a basic; a lot of the recipes are very tasty. At the end of my challenge I lost 23.5lbs and 3.6 body fat! If you’re trying to make a fitness goal and accomplish it I strongly suggest to challenge yourself to the 6 week challenge. You won’t be disappointed. I The gym is awesome and the classes are ASS KICKIN ! Thanks again!

I really enjoyed the 6 week challenge that I completed at this gym. I was able to lose 10 lbs and 7.5% body fat during this time. I was given a food plan to follow, which I did almost religiously. It was difficult during the holidays to keep it up, but it was obviously worth it to lose so much so quickly. I really liked all the instructors and felt that they gave me direction to help me work out better. I would recommend this gym.

I left this review on yelp as well. This place doesn't even deserve a star, in fact they deserve negative stars. I scheduled an appointment to see ERICKA to learn more about their 6 week challenge. I was very excited because I wanted to start my year off right and they advertise this as a free program. That made me think, "Wow, they must be confident and must really see results if they are offering it free." I'm not an idiot, I knew it wasn't going to be completely free. I figured that if you didn't meet your goal or didn't participate, then you'd be charged the full price which is completely fair. However, after hearing it and given my medical conditions I was a little skeptical about fully committing at this time but she was extremely pushy and wouldn't let me say "No." I am also usually very shy and don't want to be rude in any way so I said I'd think about it but she kept pushing. So I ended signing but asked if I could call back later to cancel if my doctor said he didn't recommend it at this time since I am still trying to sort out my medical problems. She said that was fine. So I called back and said I needed to come back in a month or so to do the 6 week challenge and she said she would push back my start date. However, she ended up sending my account to collections! I only stepped into this gym ONCE and that was for the appointment with Ericka. Never attended a single class, never even had a "free session" if they even offer that. NOTHING at all and she had to nerve to send my account to collections. I told her I wanted to cancel well before anything would have started and she still sent my account to collections. I am looking into my legal rights here because nothing about this situation is justified by Ericka or the UFC gym. Please beware. I am not the type of person to ever write negative reviews but I felt this warranted some warning to others. Literally, did nothing at this gym. The program seems to have success but this entire experience and the way this lady treated me, makes me disappointed in the type of person she is and makes me think differently about the UFC gym company itself

I went to UFC for the 6 week challenge from October to November. I achieved my weight loss goal and then some, dropping 22 lbs. It was a fun and challenging six weeks, the most challenging being proper nutrition and portions size. My workout experience was nothing but positive. All of the instructors were knowledgeable, welcoming and motivating. Each instructor has their own style and methods of motivation. I even looked up a couple of them on Google to see if any had competed professionally- I was not disappointed in my search! There is a decent range of classes as well, though I didn't really have a favorite class.. Since, I'm not really into practicing or watching MMA/boxing, it was nice to change up my workout routine. As far as the details of the challenge and the follow up, I am disappointed! I'm told the staff member I signed up no longer works for the company. Anyway, she said she was the manager and seemed overworked and too busy for me. Maybe I just joined at the wrong time. She offered her work cell# but barely answered calls or texts. She also flaked on me or double booked herself for a couple of our appointments. I just gave up on her an decided to enjoy the classes. I was supposed to check in with her every week to let her know how I'm doing or if I had any questions, but we only had one such meeting in 6 weeks. Like I said, she barely answered her phone. Anyway, I also spoke to 4 different staff members including she who was aforementioned about my refund. I was expecting a followup call or email as advised, and about a month later I finally got it. I spoke with Erika a couple days ago, and she made up for these challenges. She advised me on my next steps and cleared up all previous miscommunication. Thanks Erika! I have and will continue to refer friends to UFC gym.
