My kids are enjoying learning Taekwondo. I have also taken some Krav classes and have enjoyed them too. :)

2015 has arrived, let me share some statistics: would you be surprised that 2014’s top New Year resolution was getting in shape. Only 8% are successful in achieving their resolution. I’ve been a student of Krav Maga at Dojo 3 in Edmond, OK. The environment is very friendly. That is created by our great instructor Volney Cothran, who is very personal, knowledgeable and has the passion to teach. Join Dojo 3, they offer different martial arts disciplines for all ages and fitness classes for a successful New Year’s resolution.

We just had my 7yr old's birthday party at Dojo 3 with 18 other kids (boys and girls), ages 2.5 to 9 and we could not be happier with the experience. Mr. Cothran and Tracy were absolutely fabulous and engaged with the kids 100% of the time. The Ninja Assault course and foam weapons training were just awesome. All the kids had an absolute blast and the parents all commented on how great the party was. I'd also recommend spending the extra $10 on the pinata, with the way they have it set up, you won't be disappointed. If you're tired of Bouncin' Craze and Chucky Cheese, book a party here for one they will remember! One last thing, there is a link on the Birthday page of Dojo 3's website for custom birthday cakes. We bought a cake based on their recommendation and it too was absolutely awesome. From start to finish, this party exceeded all my expectations!

I just found out this person is still taking out money from my acct after my child quit 8 months ago. I am seeking an attorney and im going to the police with it. I signed a contract that was very vague and the guy talked the whole time and distracted me as i signed. He knows what he is doing! He will tell you if you sign it just says you promise to stick with it...not that you will get the shaft if you quit. They are rude, including a lady that yells at the kids. Never have been to a karate place that had that. My child wasnt learning and there technique sucks. If you want more respond and ill talk with you. There were only four kids in the class and two were the mean ladies kids. My son was scared to go back and i will make sure this is known everywhere in Edmond! NOT a professional place. If anyone thinks so they dont want to truly know the sport.

I have taken a few Krav Maga lessons here, ongoing. I find Volney and Charlie to be energetic, engaged, experienced, knowledgeable and helpful. I have learned a lot, and have much more to learn and am enjoying the experience.
