Best cruise travel agent I've ever seen and I work in the industry.

There are no words one can find which accurately describe the professionalism, attentiveness and sheer pleasure Sunni provides her clientele when it comes to finding, describing, advising and booking cruises! I found her by mere chance through E-bay ten years ago when we booked our first cruise on Celebrity. At the time, we had only sailed a couple of cruises and were still nervous about selecting a cruiseline, ship and itinerary. What she described was VERY accurate when it came to the service we experienced on the Celebrity "Zenith" (That ship is no longer in the fleet.) and from there-on I had no reason to ever look back when it came to finding great deals on memorable cruise-vacations for my family. Since then, we have sailed nearly two-dozen cruises with Sunni booking every single one! It wasn't until 2011 that we actually had the pleasure of meeting Sunni and her family on our Thanksgiving cruise that year, as she is based in Baltimore and we live in Florida. (That should tell you something about her level of service!) Best of all, we got to meet more than 60 of her other clients who took advantage of the great deal Sunni found on Royal Caribbean and passed onto everyone on her mailing-list! You will find her to always be in your corner when it comes to booking a cruise, so ask all the questions you like. The more she understands your desired service-level expectations, budget, choices of itinerary and any other needs you may have, the more she can pin-point the perfect cruise for you,
