I took this trip to Jamaica with my girlfriend for a friends wedding. My travel specialist was Kristin Hart. I have never had a better experience in my life while book our trip. Kristin made everything EXTREMELY easy. for the trip we knew there were many different options we could take, different airlines, flight time, days of stay, booking the hotel without the flight, booking it with. I felt like we were being a pain asking for the price amounts for the many different options, but Kristin had no problem getting us all of the information we needed in an insanely quick time. she worked with us throughout the whole process and giving us her opinions on what might work best. Everything went smoothly from the time of booking the trip until the time we got back. Everything was detailed for us by Kristin, there were zero surprises and zero set backs. It was literally perfect. I am someone who likes to deal with actual people when booking a trip, a lot of people set everything up online and that's it. So it was nice to know Kristin was an email away to help with any questions we had. She even answered questions about the area, the resort, excursions, the hotel facility. She really knew what she was talking about and I really couldn't have asked for a better experience. there is no doubt that i will 100% go back to her ANYTIME I decide to plan a trip, and will recommend her to all my friends... if you're going on a trip, make sure you get Kristin Hart to set it up, you wont regret it!!!!!!! Nothing beats knowing you're going on a vacation (that should be stress free) knowing everything is being handled by someone as good as she was.

AMAZING SERVICE! Mike Hart is my go to! I have used them twice now (my destination wedding and a casual vacation - both with big groups of friends) Both experiences have been incredible - I cannot recommend them enough. They handled everything, had great suggestions, answered all my and my guests questions/concerns promptly and had my vacation set up and booked within two days! I told Mike just what I wanted and he came through solid with my budget in mind. I will use this service for all my future vacations!

Anna worked hard until the last minute on a Friday and found a very difficult package to find since it was last minute. She was courteous, professional, persistent, and helped me through every aspect. Anna made what I thought would be painful, a very easy experience. Thanks!
