I loved my experience at Gratitude Beauty. I had a 40 minute Japanese head massage and a manicure at the Brentwood location. The place was very clean and adorable. My head massage was amazing. I felt relaxed and pain free after. I then had my manicure and she was very gentle and very thorough. I was given Japanese fruit tea in a cute little china teacup to sip on during my manicure and it was delicious. The pricing I find a little high compared to other niche spas around, but these ladies are worth every penny for the care and relaxation they provide. I'll definitely be returning, probably tomorrow to purchase that tea to take home! Try Gratitude Beauty. You won't regret it!

My eyelash technician was amazing! She was super nice made sure I was comfortable throughout my appointment. She didn't just limit me to what my service was, she gave me alternatives that she thought would suit my vision of what I expected my lashes to look like. I came out very satisfied with her work!

I had my eyelash extensions done at the Brentwood location and everything went well at every appointment. I then decided to go to the Tuxedo location and had the worst experience. The tech was not caring and hurt me when she placed the tape on my eyes. The whole appointment was extremely uncomfortable and she kept going regardless of my comfort. My eyes watered the whole time and were completely red by the time I left, I had swelling the day after as well. My extensions all fell off within a week and my eyes are still irritated. I would recommend the Brentwood location, however I won’t be going back.

I was very pleased with the service I received at Gratitude Beauty. When I arrived I was greeted by staff and did not have to wait for my appointment. Staff were very polite and friendly. The place was very clean and organized. Lots of parking was available and I had no troubles finding the location. This was my first visit and I booked for a head massage, I definitely recommend to try this if you haven’t before.

I visited the temporary location in Tuxedo. Very friendly and professional staff, clean room, and punctual. I got 3D lashes done and a lovely head massage afterwards. Affordable and have booked my next fill. Two weeks later, I went for a 2D lash Fill at the Brentwood location. Staff were very professional, punctual, and it was very clean. Lots of free parking available.
