I have had my lashes done by both Hailan and Angel and I can say that I will not go to anybody else for my lashes. They both do such amazing work, they don’t rush and they’re both perfectionists! My fills last way longer then I was expecting when I first decided to get lash extensions. I highly reccomend either of these ladies!

Hailan takes great pride in her work, I had an amazing experience with her and her trainee Angel! Both were very welcoming and excellent at what they do. I would highly recommend choosing HQ Beauty Care! My lashes look so full and natural even after 4 weeks.

The amount of compliments I've gotten over my lashes are overwhelming! I'm referring everyone to this place, they really listen to what you're looking for, specially Angel. She was a sweetheart and made the whole procedure feel less scary for a first timer, while still providing amazing service and skill!

I had my microblading and eyeliner done with HQ beauty care. Best decision ever! My brows and eyeliner look amazing! Hailan did an awesome job. Previously had permanent nake up tattoo from a different place and she was able to fix my brows and eyeliner. Very professional and clean clinic. Highly recommended!

I’ve waited until my microbladed brows healed and had a retouch before I wrote this review. I love the way Hailan draws brows. She is indeed a skilled and talented artist! She is a professional and I’m sure has drawn hundreds of brows. Hailan is very nice and sweet, and her clinic is clean and comfortable. The first time I had my microblading done by her it was painless and easy, not as scary as I thought! I even thought I could sleep on the bed:) When I came back for a retouch however, there were times where I felt stinging pain when she did the strokes. We concluded that the numbing cream applied wasn’t enough (retouch shouldn’t take too much numbing cream because you’d expect only touch ups here and there). I think it would have been better to assess first where the strokes were needed, and then apply numbing cream strategically because she did do a few strokes on areas with little to no numbing cream. I want to write this for those who have a low tolerance for pain - Hailan is very good but if you need numbing please insist on more numbing cream and the appropriate wait time to let it work through (one side of my brow was more painful than the other since the other side had more time to let the cream do its thing). This was one of the two negative points in my experience. The second one is an inflexibility in brow color tint choice. I think there should have been leeway for me as a client to choose my own brow color since this is a semi-permanent tatoo on my face. Point being: I always wear my hair light brown so I wanted a dark brown/warm tint for my microblading to match, but Hailan refused. She fitted me with a cool tone kind of dark gray which faded to a light grey (this would suit women with black hair since it would blend the most natural with their face). My sister, who I referred to her, wears her hair black and wanted the brow color to be exactly like mine to match her black hair color. My sister requested that Hailan use the same color as mine. However, Hailan refused on both accounts of request saying since my hair and skin tone were warm, fitting me with a cool tone brow “balances” my warm skin tone and hair, and vice versa for my sister. So me with brown hair ended up with a light gray brow, and my sister with black hair ended up with a dark brown brow:( My sis and I wish we could exchange our brows to make them fit our hair color better. Maybe its the Phibrow philosophy to match cool tone brows with a warm skin tone? I dont know.. But we do not see the harmony of this. I still have to add brown powder to my microbladed brows in order to have them match my hair color, and my sister is finding the subtle brown of her brows awkwardly unmatching to her black hair color (thankfully the brown is not very very obvious unless you stare close). Overall, Hailan is great at what she does. If it were not for that retouch incident and unmatching brow color I would have given this a perfect 5-star review. I would still recommend my friends and family to her services because its almost perfect, but I would warn them of these incidences which can be easily avoided the next time.
