Rosie is AWESOME, pays close attention to details, make sure that you love the work she has done, before you leave her chair. I recommended her to a co-worker and my co-worker is very pleased as well with the work Rosie has done. Highly recommend, you're in great hands

I've been wanting to have my eyebrows done for years, but didn't know where to start. I did my research and kept coming back to Rosie Wells Permanent Cosmetics. I watched the videos, saw other customer's results and finally made the call. The preview consultation was so great that I couldn't wait for the day of the actual procedure. Rosie is so personable and checked with me all throughout the process. She made sure there was no pain. She made any changes that I wanted, but also gave me her expert opinion when I wasn't sure. I LOVE my eyebrows. No more eyebrow envy for me. Thank you Rosie.

Rosie did my brows and eyeliner, and I couldn’t be happier. She knows her stuff, and was very fun to have the consult and appointment with. I felt like she explained everything well and was very easy to communicate with when drawing on the makeup before the tattoo. Love her!
