Very sweet sensible lady! At first I was nervous but my brow tattoo/micro blade turned out great and glad I followed through. I would recommend her!

My experience with Penny was one met with expectations that exceded my dreams. I had thought about permanent cosmetics for about 40 years, but was always afraid of a "cartoon" look. Penny changed that for me. She is truly an artist in permanent cosmetics--her integrity and heart for helping women achieve their beauty tops any chart. She is truly a perfectionist. At age 70 I struggled to get my eyebrows on straight. Penny "feathered" my browns, lined my lips and eyeliner and made me feel so beautiful ! I have so much more confidence. I do not look "cartoonish". Thank you so much, Penny, for making me look pretty.

I am in my early 50's and blond. What eyebrows I do have are not very full. I would spend about five minutes every morning “putting on my eyebrows”. It was sometimes challenging getting both sides the same. Thanks to Penny, it takes me about 3 minutes to put my make-up. My eyebrows look natural and well, perfect! I don’t look washed out if I choose to not wear make-up now. Thank you Penny! I highly recommend cosmetic tattooing with Penny.
