I was so happy that Regina recommenced doing permanent makeup on the Eastside after a brief sabbatical . I would never trust anyone else with my face. It's my literal interaction with the world. Regina understands both women and the art of beauty. She takes her craft vary seriously and has been at it long before it became the rage-taking classes and learning on those brave early goers like me! She is now so deft at her skill that she puts the customer at ease. At the end of a session with Regina, you will be sure of your decision to put your face in her hands. She will highlight your natural beauty as only she can do. I will never go to anyone else. Marguerite

I'm a model in the Seattle area (with SMG), and was really nervous about having permanent makeup done, but Regina understood exactly what I wanted, and delivered! It was really important everything be quite subtle, and absolutely no one has noticed the eyelash enhancement except me :) I also got freckles, and have them complimented constantly. I've since gone back to have them added to because I liked the results so much. I would never go to anyone else. Regina has been extremely professional, and gone above and beyond what I would have expected, especially given her modest price range. She's honest, hardworking, likable, and seems to constantly be finding ways to improve her craft (and to expand her services). Since it's semi-permanent, I definitely recommend doing research before booking an appointment. The process was definitely worth it for me. The results have lasted a long time (photos taken at least a year apart), and it sounds like there's flexibility if you want it to fade faster or slower.

I’m super bummed with my eyebrows. Regina did eyebrow microblading on me about 2 years ago. I had minimal eyebrows from a medical condition and was excited to have microblading done to eliminate filling in my brows daily. When she finished my brows they did not have any fine hair strokes like I was expecting, instead they looked almost solidly filled in. The shape was fine and the color was nice. But they didn’t look like I was expecting. I didn’t say anything as I would be back for a touch up and didn’t want my feedback to affect my touch up. They looked fine for some time - but they were not the eyebrows I was expecting. As they began the fade I started to notice this peachy, pink color in my brows and thought it was the color the ink was fading to. Nope. It seems from visiting my dermatologist and another microblading artist that I have scar tissue in my eyebrow area from Regina going too deep into my skin. Also - bad technique is what led to a filled in brow vs the nice individual hair strokes I was hoping for. Now in order to get correction from a new microblading artist - I have to go through laser treatment for the scars and use topical products to diminish them. This is such a bummer. As Regina was really recommended. I can only hope she has improved her technique etc. so this would not happen to any other clients.

My story starts with me not wanting to do this at all. I have a hereditary gene where the sides of my eye brows look like they are shaved off. After much convincing from my wife, I decided to call the gal that my wife got her brows done at. She then referred me to Regina because Regina had the expertise and success history that I needed to feel at ease to move forward. Regina is all around spectacular! As i write this, I just finished phase 2 of probably a 4 stage process with my brows. My wife already tells me almost daily how phenomenal they look :). My advice for any male or female looking into this. Trust Regina and trust that the results will come at the end of the process :). - Matt

Regina Celeste is the ultimate professional. She can see beauty in anyone and knows how to bring it out using her methods. I delayed two years before I had my permanent makeup done and I wish now that I had the procedures done when I first thought about it. Given my time constraint in the morning I am so thrilled to only need lip gloss before going out to feel and look complete!!
