Elsa did an outstanding job on my eyebrows. I was recommended to her by a friend who had lovely, though different eyebrows to mine so I can attest to her excellent performance on two people. She runs a very professional studio and is incredibly conscientious about achieving the right result. My eyebrows had all but fallen out and she was good at listening to what I wanted and made a few suggestions which were great - itâ€™s hard to believe the before and after pictures. Elsaâ€™s reputation is everything and she has worked hard to perfect her art with multiple courses and a plethora of certificates to prove that. I rate her very highly. Her skills go well beyond eyebrows to any kind of permanent makeup.

Elsa is indeed a true artist. Her work is impeccable as well as flawless. When it comes to your face, it is something that people see every day and is a reflection of your beauty. That's why i felt it was so important to make the right decision on who to go to to do my permanent make up. After following her work for about a year, I decided to travel all the way from Michigan to Chicago to have her do my brows and lips. She was thorough, detailed, and truly listened to what I wanted ( even when I wasn't exactly sure what would look best ) she took her time, was gentle and precise. She also did a color correction on some old brow work that I had previously had. Her color choices matched perfectly with my natural color skin tones and I couldn't be happier! Her work looks natural and detailed more than I could have imagined! She was always available for any questions and concerns that I had. She was well worth the trip and I wouldn't trust anyone else with my face

I'm not exactly a huge makeup person (I am a former professional athlete), I usually just put on some eyeliner and mascara and I am on my way. I did a lot of research and followed Elsa on IG for over a year before deciding to get my eyebrows done by her and its one of the best decisions I've ever made, I honestly wish I didn't wait so long to get them done. I never would have thought that I would be a perfect candidate for permanent makeup but I am and I am so in love with my eyebrows: I'm at the gym and they're perfect, I get out of the pool and they're perfect, its super low maintenance and that's exactly what I'm looking for. In short shes the BEST IN CHICAGO, no need to look any further.

I can't say enough good things about Elsa and the quality of her work! I came to her with uneven, extremely sparse brows that I have been self conscious of for years. She clearly and thoroughly explained my options when it came to Microblading and we decided that a combination brow would be the best solution for me. The morning of the procedure, I was a bit nervous. I kept thinking, "can my eyebrows ever look symmetrical, full, and natural?!". My nerves quickly calmed once I arrived at Elsa's work space -- it is clean, bright, and very relaxing! We went through each step of the process and she answered any questions or concerns I had along the way. When we finally had the "big reveal" at the end, I started to cry with joy. I could not believe how real and natural they looked as a result of Elsa's work! I highly recommend Elsa for Microblading as she is knowledgeable, believes in continuous education, and makes her clients feel very comfortable throughout the process. She has given me my confidence back and I cannot wait to see how my brows heal in the coming weeks!

I cannot say enough good things about Elsa!!! She is a competent, genuine, professional and extremely talented permanent make-artist. She is someone that honestly cares about her clients and goes the extra mile to make her clients feel comfortable and safe. I've been struggling with over-plucked eyebrows for years. My friend referred me to Elsa and its been life changing ever since. Elsa found the perfect eyebrow shape to compliment my face. She was very knowledgeable about face shapes, symmetry, and what looks best given my overall features. After my first session she answered all of concerns immediately responding to my text messages within minutes. I just completed my 2nd session for eyebrow microblading today and my eyebrows look amazing! Elsa was also kind enough to give me some sample products and advice about a burn mark I was struggling with. I will be going back to Elsa soon for the camouflage procedure and I'm excited to see those results as well. Don't hesitate! If you are struggling with something that can be fixed with permanent make-up, Elsa is your solution!
