Flawless work, amazing skill, great atmosphere. I love my new permanent liner. I wish I had done it sooner. Susan Davis is awesome!

Susan is absolutely wonderful! I am very satisfied with my results. No one believes me when I tell them it is "permanent" cosmetics. They think I look "wide awake" even when I first get up in the morning. I can go to the beach or store without worrying about putting on my makeup. It is the best thing I have ever done for myself.

Susan is professional, artistic, and thoroughly knowledgeable. Her work is meticulous. I am so happy with my results. It is incredibly freeing to spend no time on makeup. She listens carefully and does as little or as much as you want. It was scary the first time, a lot of trust to put in someone putting permanent makeup on your face. I highly recommend her. Some of my relatives have also gone to her. Age doesn't matter.

So far so good! Susan is a very cheery person who set me right at ease. I arrived, we talked about the procedure and what to expect, we tried out colors and specific brow patterns (on me, she drew them on). And then she did the brows! It wasn't bad at all, you can feel it but I wouldn't say it hurts - a little minor discomfort. The brows go on a little dark and then as the area heals the brows are supposed to lighten as much as 3 shades for some people (2-3 weeks total healing time - but the area is only slightly pink/red and a little tender for the first day or so; you need to press a nice cold compress on the area several times a day for the first couple of days, and then you're fine). After about 4-5 weeks, once thoroughly healed and you're used to your new look, you can go back in for some touching up - if you wish - which is included in the price, no extra charge for the return visit. I love my new brows, since I haven't had any for the past 20 years. Mine didn't lighten as much as I had expected, and look a little too dark to me (my husband says they look fine; maybe it's because for 20 years I never had any eyebrows so I'm not used to them). TODAY I go back in for some touching up. Susan says she can 'soften' the color a little. We shall see - I'll give an update after a couple of weeks and let you know how the return visit and "final" product came out. But I'll say that I do love having some eyebrows at last, Susan did a very good job on them, I was comfortable and relaxed during the procedure. AND people really can't tell they aren't your real eyebrows unless they get very, very close and look really hard. What a difference it makes to wake up with eyebrows on my face in the morning. I'm so pleased that I finally took the plunge!
