Carlie is awesome! She is gentle, knowledgeable, and professional. I was very apprehensive about having a 'tattoo' on my face, but she an awesome job! My first visit to Carlie was several years ago to get my eyeliner done, then I wanted more! I have been back 2 more times to get eyeliner touch ups, lips and brows and I'm going back again for touch ups and thicker eyeliner soon. If you are looking for perm cosmetics, I HIGHLY recommend CAS Permanent Cosmetics.

I truly dont know if these are dishonest people with views. I went and got my Brows done today which they seemed to come out pretty descent. Not bad at all. Ok so my problem is the way I was treated. I didn't feel welcomed. She was ruff. I asked for numbing cream for pain and she seemed to got an attitude. I tried to spark conversation to loosen up the atmosphere and she still were giving 1word convo as if she just want the money only and doesnt feel like being social. I saw a lot of positive qoutes in the shop so I thought she was nicer. I told her I was very uncomfortable being she had her pinky finger diging into my eyeball along with getting my face tattooed without numbing cream. She didn't give me proper care instructions after the procedure
