Jeffery is amazing! For over 20 years I have my scarred eyebrows done by various artists from Europe and the US. Jeffery is the best I have ever encountered, very knowledgeable, professional, up for a challenge. First, unlike others, he didn't tell me to remove my old make up by laser to make his work easier. Instead, he used it to mix pigments in my skin so he could achieve desired color. For the make up he used a hand tool, not a machine so my eyes didn't swell after the procedure. Because of the old make up and my scar his work was not easy, but when he was done we were both extremely happy with the results! I have been Jeffery's client for over 4 years now because I know I am in the best hands I could ever be! It's a shame I can only give him 5 stars..

I just had my second session for my eyeliner and lips. Neither has ever looked better! It's painless and makes my morning routine infinitely easier. Jeffrey is a true artist and perfectionist.

Just had my second session with Jeffery. He is a personable and funny man, albeit extremely busy hopping back and forth from Chicago to New York. I lost my eyebrows due to alopecia and was tired of drawing them on. Now I have beautiful, shapely eyebrows and it saves me a lot of time getting ready to go out. The office on the Upper West Side of Manhattan where he works out of is easy to get to and beautiful. Jeffery takes a lot of time to get it right and makes sure you're satisfied before he's done. The only caveat for me is it is a little painful, but that could be just because I'm a wimp and over sensitive.
