Jackie greeted me warmly when I arrived for my permanent eyebrow appointment. She carefully explained each phase of what she would be doing before starting and as she did each step. She made sure I was comfortable during the process. When I was leaving, Jackie again explained what I needed to do to assure that I wouldn't have a problem during the healing process. I have had multiple compliments on my "new" permanent eyebrows. Thanks, Jackie.

Amazing place! Jackie is awesome! I actually had my brows done and it did take me a few times to look perfect for me only because I loved them so much I wanted them to stick real good! I just love her! Lost her number some how but I'll find it because I'd like to get them done again!

so disappointed...I booked on June 1st for me and my friend, Leslie Dudley. Was told that the booking was there. Received email confirmation. Then on June 21st, I texted Jackie, as she was on vacation, to see if there were any cancellations (hoping to get in before August, as both Leslie and I had events in July that we wanted to look especially nice for...no cancellations ), ...So we patiently waited until August. Our appointment was for August 10th. Today, (a week before the booked appointments) I was told the booking wasn't there!!!! Before you use their website or use Groupon, think twice, double check your double check and then go somewhere else. You may pay more but the knowledge that things will work as planned and paid for is worth it. So far, I wouldn't recommend the company. Not sure about Jackie, as I have only interacted with her via text, received confirmation of booking from her too; only to learn that she is apparently too busy to know what's going on...

I bought a groupon after looking at the website that they were opened on Saturdays. After speaking with her, I find out that she isn't open on Saturday. False advertising and couldn't use my groupon.

I am sooOOo extremely happy with my upper and lower thin and natural eyeliner! I am from Tucson, AZ and contacted Jackie based off of reviews from others who actually got something done. She wasn't available and turned me to a work associate of hers who could accommodate me while I was in the area. I was some what happy with the eyeliner that I received. I obsessed every night and took so many pictures. Then most of the eyeliner had come off. Which only made me obsess more! After the six week wait Jackie was able to take me in. I was really nervous. Jackie took the time to listen to my expectations. She was able to explain what I was getting and how it would look. I took benadryl to avoid water eyes. To my surprise Jackie did the eyeliner with my eyes closed. My eyes still were extremely watery. Jackie stopped on occasion to re numb my eyes since my eyes kept washing away the solution. She was very patient! When I finally got to see the first look I felt confident. Jackie took me to the mirror to explain what she had done vs what had been previously done. My boyfriend walked us out and said "Wow they're so even"! Ok, I know that's a strange compliment. However, it was a breath of fresh air. I have only taken one pic and that was to show it off to my mom. I haven't obsessed about how it looks. I know it looks good! I will need to do a touch up. No one can tell but me. Thanks so much Jackie!!!! Can't wait to see you again. Maybe one day I will get brave enough to get brows done. I need it :)
