There doesn't seem to be a way to respond to Google Reviews other than to leave a separate review. This is in response to Ms. Luellen. I did her eyebrows in Oct. 2016 and she told me she was very pleased with the results. On the date of her follow-up visit I was running behind schedule so she decided to run an errand and come back to my office in 30 minutes. I waited over an hour and she had not returned. I tried contacting her to see if she planned on coming back to my office. I finally received a text saying she was in a store "waiting for a price check". I told her we would have to reschedule as I had a full schedule the rest of that day. She then sent another text saying she wanted her money back as I was unable to see her for her follow-up visit. I told her I would be happy to see her, we just needed to reschedule. I did not hear from Ms. Luellen again until Feb. 2017 when she again sent a text requesting a refund because I was "not able to accommodate" her follow-up appointment. I again told her I was able to see her. She followed with distasteful texts and ended with "don't ever text me". I've attached screen shots of her texts. My comments are in Blue.

Laura is a rip-off!!!! She claims to be a registered nurse, but it's probably a LIE.... Laura took my money and promised to do a touchup because that particular procedure typically require going back after 60 days. Needless to say Laura never was available and took my money. I suggest if you have experienced any problems with Laura then report her to Texas Health Department and Better Business Bureau

Laura is wonderful and I'm happy with the results. I got my eyebrows tattooed (the feathering looks so natural), as well as permanent eyeliner and full lip color tattoo. It was relatively painless, thanks to lip block and topical anesthetics

I went to see Laura in October 2012...I needed some eyebrows! My eyebrows were very thin and I was so tired of drawing them on everyday. I was hesitant in going to get my eyebrows tattooed in the first place, I mean who really gets excited about getting their face tattooed? After doing some research online and reading reviews and such, I finally decided to go to MPI. I have to say it was a painful experience (because I can't take much pain), but the results were fabulous! If I had to do it all over again, I definitely would. My eyebrows look natural and they fit my face so perfectly. I would highly recommend going to MPI if you want eyebrows, but not the Sharpie marker kind like you see everyone else doing/getting. Laura's technique is different. I'm so glad that I chose MPI!
