I successfully sued Susan Church for fraud, deceit & negligence after she willfully disfigured me. The lawsuit discovered that almost all of her advertising was false. To this day she still makes these false claims on her website. She is the most dishonest, miserable excuse for a human being I've ever met. You really have to be an utterly sick piece of human garbage to try to con burn victims. According to the renowned plastic surgeon, that she continues to claim that she worked with, he's never met her or had her or any tattoo artist in his practice or anywhere near his patients. He signed and provided a letter explicitly stating that for my lawsuit against her. I couldn't leave my home and function normally for almost 4 months because of her. She only stopped the first procedure after I started bleeding so profusely that it blocked the ink to her and her unlicensed assistant's needles. She was so utterly sadistic and greedy that she even attempted to disfigure me a second time. I would have been further disfigured and scarred from severe infections if I submitted to another procedure within a week of the first. Be very careful of this dubious, malicious individual. Susan Chruch portrays herself as a healthcare professional and her client contracts include California healthcare provider protections. We had to go to court to strike those down first because she is not a healthcare provider, she's nothing but a tattoo artist in reality and according to the law. She includes 3 arbitrator panel clauses in her contracts which make it incredibly expensive to sue her. Over $80,000 for a 5 day hearing, so most personal injury attorneys can't afford to pursue even arbitration. She started her business with an insurance agent so she knows exactly what she's doing despite her claims that it's just a "standard form". I sued her successfully for a 6 figure settlement. I can't disclose the exact amount as a condition of the settlement but I can tell you that it didn't come close to compensating me for what I went through because of her. I can't call her incompetent, she knew exactly what she was doing and even instructed another unlicensed person to do the same. You have to be extremely sadistic to keep stabbing someone while they are bleeding and in enormous pain, and then keep lying to them saying that it's going great so you can make $900 and then try to do it again before they discover that you've disfigured them. Susan Church should be in prison. Looking back, I should have pursued criminal charges against her but my attorney claimed that her insurance may not cover her for criminal acts or criminal negligence. During her deposition she constantly lied and affirmed all of her deluded, false claims. I really believe and the evidence would support the suggestion that she is a sick, delusional, pathological liar. All of the expert witnesses in the permanent make-up industry that provided testimony against her shared the same opinion. I've uploaded a copy of the first page of my lawsuit against her. It's public record and can be verified. I was angry for years and I'm over it, but someone pointed out to me that she still makes all these false advertising claims. The same claims that I fell for and I'm posting this review so hopefully no one else becomes a victim of her fraud and suffers again. If you do fall victim to her, watch out. There is nothing she won't do to attack her victims. Along with her family and her (unlicensed) staff, she will defame you and accuse you of harassing her and committing other criminal acts, without a shred of evidence or any awareness that she might have to actually support those false allegations if she ever ends up in court. She knows no shame and she has no conscience whatsoever.
