I have been following Francesca on Social media for several months, I was made aware of her talent through a mutual colleague. It didn't take long to decide that I wanted to train with her, and it was one of the best decisions I've made for my career. With less then two years of experience under my belt, I knew training with her would take my work to the next level and get me the results I was looking for, especially the healed results! I spent two days with her; the first day we spent working on patterns, her technique (as well as other fundamentals) and I was able to watch her work on a model. On the second day, I brought my own model to get hands on experience. I can't say enough about this talented lady! She is so patient, open to sharing all her knowledge, and so dedicated to her students. I am truly appreciative for all her continued support. Training with Francesca is extraordinary!

Francesca is a pro at what she does!! I got my eyebrows done by her & she is a true talent! I was very skeptical at first and have done TONS of research. I can honestly she is a true professional. It's amazing at how much time I save in the morning because of Francesca! & I get so many compliments. Thank you so much Francesca!!! You're amazing!

I sought Francesca out for permanent make training, specifically to cultivate my eyebrow enhancement skills using a machine - before committing to Francesca's training we exchanged text and Facebook dialogue (my preference) so we both made sure we were a good fit for each other. Francesca also sent suggestions where I might stay while in town for two day training. This was most appreciated as I didn't want to endure long waits with uber and lyft rides and get up hrs before class to sit in traffic. Francesca accepts PayPal for payment in two installments - another convenience I appreciate. Now to the bottom line: training with Francesca was nothing short of awesome. Her training with me was one on one so I had her to myself! I was able to ask any question and she immediately addressed it. One on one training also allows me to take notice of her pristine environment and the way she interacts with clients. What I appreciate the most about Francesca is her willingness to share her tips and tricks with her students as her goal is to give them all the assistance possible to blossom into a great permanent make up artist. I've found with other trainers they withhold "secrets" - the very secrets that make their procedures stand out from others that garnishes them notoriety that propels them to teach yet as teachers they end up NOT sharing yet collect thousands of dollars from students -only to withhold from them their trade secrets. Not with Francesca. She shares and gives and with me personally went through stroke be stroke each eyebrow pattern. That's dedication. I've always maintained that a great teacher, manager, parent has ONE JOB with their students, subordinates, children- Their job is to INSPIRE- and help them find their way. And for sure Francesca does. My only suggestion for Francesca is to please have her eyebrow patterns - specifically the patterns that are her originals (brow patterns that SHE herself designed) to have it labeled so when her students learn and soak in her pattern there's a hard copy for them to take home and practice. I highly recommend those near or far looking to train in pmu to seek out this giving talented woman.

I did research and after seeing Francesca's Yelp reviews (44-all 5 stars), I made an appointment for a consultation. Francesca was very nice when I met her and after drawing on my brows with pencil to give me a preview of what to expect, I wanted them done then and there! Such a beautiful, slightly dramatic difference! I absolutely could not wait to get the microblading completed! Francesca worked me in the next day and I have absolutely no regrets. Best thing I've done for myself in quite sometime. Francesca freehandedly draws and microblades the brows. She is a true artist. I receive many compliments at work and I'm in love with my new brows! I'm looking forward to my touch-up/fill-in in December. If you are thinking about doing this for yourself and are on the fence, I highly recommend. Also, it may seem a little pricey but you get what you pay for and this is your face. I will continue to go to Francesca for my eyebrows and any other permanent make-up needs. I took an extended lunch from work and returned to work after the microblading was complete. THANK YOU, FRANCESCA! 😀
