I honestly had the worst experience ever. I booked my eyelash extensions appointment on the 3rd of October for the 18th of October. I was sent a message saying that is perfectly okay and I will soon be sent a confirmation. It came to the 17th of October and I still hadn’t received my confirmation so I contacted the owner again. She read my messages but didn’t reply. So I had to call. I was then told that if I wanted my appointment I would have to go to her other salon. (30 minutes away from the salon I booked originally) - or I had the option of going on the 19th (My birthday). She did the nice thing and said ‘I will come in earlier for you if you would like’. I arrived there the next day and sat out the front of the salon for 40 minutes.. I then texted her and she called to say she was caught in traffic. I was sat in the salon while she ran around moving me from seat to seat. I had booked the ‘glamour lash set’ (the most expensive set possible online). I was sat in the most uncomfortable chair ever. At one stage while during the application she got up and said ‘I just need to go to my car just sit here and don’t open your eyes’ - I sat alone in the salon clenching my handbag with my eyes shut. She answered around 5 phones calls and the whole application took just under 3 hours... I can not describe how terrible my lashes look. She just took clumps of lashes off the strip and stuck them on. My fiancé said to me that he has never ever seen lashes look that terrible - quote “(they look like spider legs)”. She also said ‘I would have loved to put more lashes on but you didn’t have any lashes left’. I have been getting eyelash extensions for 6 years now and I have never experienced anything this awful. Also after the procedure I went to go pay and she said ‘oh I gave you the volume set so that will be an extra $20’ but I explained that that’s not what I asked for - I asked for the glamour set which was the most expensive. She just shrugged her shoulders and said mm okay. I am honestly appalled. My lashes have never looked so terrible and the service was shocking!!!!!!

Best academy ever!!! I completed the microblading class in Beverly Hills and I completed the Eye Lash Extention class in Woodland hills. The I instructor was very detailed oriented and explained the technique to my understanding. I was very greatful to have a instructor who cares enough to make sure you understand before sending you into the workforce. I recommend attending the academy over any other academy out there. Took the permanent makeup training from Lash and I absolutely loved it! So much hands on experience and you get straight to business as soon as the class starts. Pawlash is a great instructor whi uses only top end supplies and is there to help you in any way. I recommend!

Had an appointment confirmed, showed up place was closed- called and left voicemail and no one ever called me back. Had to scramble last minute to find a different place for eyebrows.
