Elizabeth is terrific. After our first meeting I had complete confidence. She is friendly, precise, meticulous, and patient, a real artist! The subtle eyeliner she applied is just right. It's great to get up in the morning and not need to apply any eyeliner, and I don't even put on mascara unless I'm going somewhere special. I was concerned the process would be painful, but Elizabeth assured me during our consultation that there would be nothing more than slight discomfort, and she was right. She carefully monitored my comfort level throughout the entire process. She's the best!

I like to do my homework especially when one gets something done permanently and my eyebrows were no exception. I live in the Dubai and travel to San Diego twice a year so I googled "permanent make up" in San Diego and reviewed all my options. I found Elizabeth's web site and loved her professionalism at Cosmetic Ink. I saw the photos of the work she did with others and I was very impressed. I like the look of her permanent eyebrows as they looked natural to me and this was a must to me. I did not want a drawn in line look and wanted a medium line for my eyebrow. Elizabeth took the time emailing me and addressing all my concerns many times before I booked an appointment with her. She made me very comfortable with my decision. She took her time drawing the perfect eyebrows in and gave me exactly what I wanted. I was nervous as it is permanent but she reassured me it would look natural. I showed her what I wanted and she delivered it to me. She usually needs to do touch ups but she did such a fantastic job on me that I didn't need it. Perhaps it was because I was fair skinned. The color was exactly what I was looking for and so was the shape and size. It looks so natural! I would highly recommend this professional lady with her artistic craft to anyone! I have to say that I was scared when she first showed me the results after the tattoo. My eyebrows seemed darker and thicker then I wanted but Elizabeth kept saying they are like that before they heal. It only took me 5 days to heal and then I was ecstatic with them! She was so right and really knows her craft! Do not hesitate to go to her as she is very personable and talented!

I've always wanted to have eyebrows. I would use pencil, or powder but couldn't achieve the effect I wanted. A friend had her eyebrows done by Elizabeth & they were wonderful. I made an appointment immediately. Elizabeth was very professional, yet friendly & funny during the initial consultation. After all was said & done, I had beautiful eyebrows!! Because I am blond, the light taupe shade she picked looks very natural. I love my eyebrows and I love having a face without having to do anything if I don't want to. I recommend Elizabeth to all my friends.

I love my eyebrows. Elizabeth Rose is thorough, knowledgeable, experienced and knows how to treat a client. I really appreciate her professionalism. I recommend Cosmetic Ink to anyone who wants to get permanent eyebrows. I'm sooooo happy! Everyone notices something different about my face. Even my man says they really look sexy!

Elizabeth is a pro. First she did my lips. I had gotten them done about 10 years ago and the color only lasted a month or two. Elizabeth explained that I must come back and get a touch up to "freshen" the color a few weeks after the initial session. She was so meticulous, the lining is perfect and the fill-in color just an enhanced natural color. Exactly what I wanted. She is also very savvy on the color choice. After a lot of discussion, we chose a color that was cooler than I would have thought based on her recommendation. She was right on! I am so happy to wake up and look decent. Elizabeth is very patient, extremely professional, and super nice. Elizabeth recently gave me a very subtle eyeliner. I just look a little more enhanced. No one would ever know I have permanent makeup on. Her motto is "go light" we can always do more.. Very smart woman, she is! I highly recommend her for permanent makeup. It's worth every penny and I can't imagine a more knowledgeable, safe and professional technician.
