WARNING!! READ BEFORE YOU HAVE SUE DO ANY PERMANENT EYE APPLICATON I had my eyebrows and eyeliner done by Sue 9 months ago. My eyebrows are uneven and one is longer than the other. My eyeliner is hardly showing on my lower eyelids. She said to wait 4-5 weeks for the time to heal. I waited and then called Sue to fix the issues I had for the poor work she did. She had me come back in and tried to correct her errors.BUT she didn't use anything to numb them first and I could not stand the pain. My friend had her brows/eyes done by another well know permanent eye expert and her work is done right and had them done 2 years ago, said suggested I should ask for a refund. I personally wrote to Sue asking for a refund of $800 which is what I paid with my hard earned money. Sue refused and never replied back to me. BUYER BEWARE

I had an eyebrow appointment for today at 4 o'clock sue was not there she then called me explaining how she didn't have any reception to call me yesterday about my appointment for today I really look forward to my eyebrow appointment today on Mother's Day seeing that I arranged for a babysitter to watch my daughter I take an hour commute from where I live and surprisingly this made my Mother's Day the worst ever I'd like to think so for her unprofessional work she let me know how her work is from her not making the appointment I would not recommend her to anyone that I know or anyone who may be seeking work with the eyebrows
