See Yelp reviews. Better to support another local business. I've just not seen anything like these guys. Eek

I had perm. eyeliner done here. The women that do it are very skilled and do it very quickly, which is important, since it hurts like hell having it done. Quick is better! Most of the women that work there only speak Chinese, but don't let that deter you from going here.

My experience has been such a nightmare and would not even wish it to my worst enemy. Mei was arrogant, verbally abusive and is not capable of hearing my requests and ideas on how I wish my eyebrows to be done, instead insisted on how she wanted to do it. I battled and argued with her to no avail. I refused to have it her way, after all, this is my face and I know, better than anyone else, how I want to look. Had to go for a retouch which still gave me the worst service, treatment and results. Face Plus lacks professionalism and courteousy, not to mention consideration of its clientele. It is sad that businesses such as this can continue to operate and victimize poor innocent people, especially considering the exurberant amount of money they charge for their services. This report shall continue on with the Better Business Bureau
