I definitely want to give a 0 rating, unfortunately there is no option. I did my laser hair removal treatments for over 3 years at this place with no results. In fact, I would say BAD RESULTS. I should have stopped it right there after 8 treatments when I realized that it didn't work for my skin type. However, the ignorant staff pushed me towards continuing further and they promised me that I would one day see results. I later consulted a doctor and was advised to stop the treatments immediately. They absolutely have 0 knowledge. I am so disappointed, I am now left with all the scars and burns. Please don't waste your money here. Laser doesn't work on certain skin types and these people only intend to rip off your money.

Rats! I just lost the glowing review I wrote for this clinic. To summarize: They are excellent. The staff is incredibly contentious, the services are a bargain (Be sure to check online for coupons before going in!) and the technician was trustworthy, knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable. They are very generous w/ laser hair removal treatments. (You might get a small "touch up" in a different area free of charge if you ask. Doesn't hurt to check!) The consultation: They ask about exposure to sun, medication, etc…They are very thorough, in a good way. I felt like I was in good hands. Also, they don’t try to push the sale; they are honest and want you to save your money if you aren’t an ideal candidate. The technician is the sweetest woman ever.. I loved her! She did everything she could to make the procedure more comfortable for me and I felt like I was getting VIP treatment. Since it is a clinic, not a salon, they have better equipment and can perform stronger treatments… = better results! This is one of the few times I've ever written a Google review, but I just had to - I love this place and really want them to succeed.

I didn't have a good experience when came into the Esthetic laser clinic for my second six week laser treatment. I was treated by Krista Tonisson and she lacks the experience and education as a aesthetician working on ethnic skin or working on people with beautiful melon in there skin. The room was not CLEAN from the last client. Krista used a dirty nozzle on my face and that is cross contamination. The baby whips she use on My face broke me out really bad. Krista also burnt my beautiful melon skin so, I don't recommend this place if you are a black American because, their training is not up to the correct standards when it comes to diversity of all skin types. I call Krista a few day after I receive the services to get her professional advice about what to do to clear my face up and she said she would talk to the manager about it and never got back with me about what to do to clear my face up and when I talk to Krista about the dirty nozzle and what was Esthetic Laser Clinic processes when cleaning the rooms after clients and do they sterilized there nozzles and do the have a autoclave. Krista replied NO we do not have a autoclave we use a solution and bleach to clean the nozzle. I replied clearly its doesn't work and your not following the correct process and they need a autoclave.

I came here to laser my back and I was very happy with the service. I was a bit apprehensive at first and had a alot of questions but they were very helpful and professional. I will definitely come back in the future.

Had a Groupon for waxing and was skeptical with the mixed reviews. I had a great experience. Wonderful staff, fast to be seen, friendly, and an expert job on the waxing. I know I will return.
