I'm an RN and an educator and I just graduated from John's permanent cosmetics program. He provided me with the best training I could have possibly received anywhere hands down. John and his wife Lisa are good Christian people with excellent ethics which I know from firsthand experience. John demands excellence from his students and does not put up with nonsense in the classroom. I applaud him for demanding professionalism and high quality work from his students (myself included). In my experience, students who have good ethics and want to be the best appreciate the quality of training John provides. While all students are expected to come to training on time and prepared to work and learn, we also had a good many laughs along the way. If you are serious about becoming an excellent permanent makeup artist John is the person to seek training from. I just opened my own studio a month ago. My first 5 clients were all extremely challenging for various reasons. I had complicated corrections and clients whose eyelids twitched constantly. Because I had excellent training from John I was able to successfully apply high quality permanent makeup to each of them safely. Training in permanent makeup application was not the only thing I received from John and Lisa. They went above and beyond to ensure I had the information I needed to start my business and I now consider them my friends.

John's talent, knowledge, and experience are truly immeasurable. He really understands the importance of what he does and its impact on both, his clients and his students. He constantly goes above and beyond, not only with his clients, but also in the way he teaches his students. He has a true passion for helping others.

I ordered online a product from John Ashey . The product was never sent to me . The seller John Hasley could never prove that they sent the product ordered while i had paid for one day delivery . John Hashey was never able to provide a receipt or a tracking number for the supposely sent package . ( which prove it was never sent) While not receiving my package as promised , I had asked cancelation of the order since the product had not come on time . Order was supposed to be sent on Friday and received on Saturday. I canceled the order Saturday night . The seller supposedly sent it the following Monday while I had canceled my order through PayPal on Saturday and I had already asked for a refund. I have to escalate the case with PayPal in order to get my money back . They have been behaving like crooks and lied about the delivery telling that the product was delivered . The seller has never to this day be able to prove they have sent the product nor that it was ever delivered. I have asked again and again for the shipping tracking number that come with any one day delivery and the receipt. 1)If a customer cancel an order before it is send , send their money back and do not ask questions . I had the right to cancel since i did not receive the package on time . If you cannot run an online business and send next day a package do not offer it . 2)Do not pretend you have sent a package while you cannot prove with a receipt or a tracking number the package has been sent. 3) do not say a package has been received while you have no prove at all of the above ( tracking and receipt .) I have never received my package What kind of business are you running? I am reading now a lot of other negative reviews about this business on yelp and business bureau . I invite you to read them ....

Simply the best training available anywhere! John and Lisa are honest, ethical people who genuinely want to assist others. Don't waste your time and money on any of the other schools. As a nurse, I understand how much fine motor coordination it takes to apply permanent makeup and nobody can safely do so after a week of training. John provides individualized training to every student. His methods are sound and the learning environment is relaxed but focused. I am so glad I chose his school. John provides lifelong mentoring and I intend to make good use of his vast experience and knowledge.

WOW, where do I begin. I had a great experience and got the best training. I spent 1800 hours, I guess I didn't want to leave. The best part, any student can come back any time to better their skills. I look into some other schools - weekend classes only ... and then you receive a certification to start working on individuals. Three days into my training, I was no more ready to attempt permanent makeup. I feel, I went to the best school and got the best training. Thanks John, for all your help and continuing to educate and make our businesses successful.
