No stars for here. First I was told that I could be a model and receive my services for free. I waited two months. When I went back in to inquire, they told me that I wouldn't make a good model. They promised me services that they did not honor and today, they refused to honor a groupon because I didn't have the app on my phone. They are not the nice warm friendly people that I first thought they were. I hope other people have a better experience with them that I did!

I'm in love! Incredible costumer service! I am already planning my next visit. Everything looks amazing! I had shadow eyebrows done. The staff was efficient and so nice. I met one of the owners who was warm and welcoming. Can't wait to start trying their new techniques for permanent eyeshadows

I have been going to Metanoia Beauty School for over 3 years and highly recommended getting eyelash extensions from the instructors. There are consistently great. Great! Awesome!

I have been going to Metanoia Beauty School for my eyebrows, eyeliner, and eyeshadows for more than 3 years. Once you visit, you will not want to go anywhere else. The instructors at Metanoia always try extra hard to give you exactly what you want. And, you will be statisfied and happy for whatever service you request. Kudos to the instructors and the staff. The reception staff always makes you feel welcomed.

Look like all good reviews are their friends or they are asking to help them out. They charged extra 30$ if you do not bring cash, when you come for appointment, they either not there or telling you to call back next week. You can never get a hold of the lady who messed up your face by performing a permanent make up on you. The kids or husband picked up the phone and never let you talk to her or not giving an appointment to come back to fix. That place is an dead end place, not professional, and not sure why they have school, teaching a group of people messing more on people faces by performing bad permanent make up on them.???
