I am extremely happy with the permanent makeup that Jeet applied. She is extremely clean and safe and she made sure I was comfortable at every step. She ensures that there is minimum pain and the results are amazing. I had my lips done and then three weeks later had my eyeliner and brows done. Couldn't be happier. She corrected my previous eyeliner and it looks so much better. I highly recommend Jeet for any of these services. She is wonderful!

My experience with Indiana Permanent Cosmetics and Skin Care was nothing less than amazing! It was definitely the best money I spent in 2017. I had a mole removed a few years back which left a huge white spot in the middle of my chest. She was able to match my skin color exactly with a cosmetic tatoo! I questioned the color at first, but she reassured me that within a few days it would match...and it did! I can't say enough good things about Jeet. Very very pleased with the results.

First of all I love Jeet. She is amazing with eyelashes. I am very disappointed with the permanent cosmetics though. She had said that it would last ~ 10 years. By 3 years my eyeliner started turning pink. It has been maybe 5 years now and it looks like I have pink eye everyday. She called once when she was running a special and she said she would give me the "special" price but I already paid once to not to have to put make up on everyday and yet I still do. Just be sure you know what you are getting and what the "warranty" is.

I have been a client of Indiana Permanent Cosmetics for lash extensions for more than 4 years after moving to Indianapolis from New York City where I had also been receiving lash extensions. I get more complements than ever and strangers can't believe how lucky I am to have such "naturally" beautiful lashes. I have always been happy with how full and natural my lashes look. Not only does the owner do great work but has always been more than accommodating with my work and travel schedule. I appreciate how quickly she can complete my fill-in while still making my lashes look great. We have formed a relationship and friendship and I appreciate the opportunity to be her client as much as I know she appreciates having me as a client.

I count myself very fortunate to have discovered Indiana Permanent Cosmetics! It was quite by accident that I was looking for someone to apply semi-permanent lashes and found this wonderful place! Knowledge, professionalism and courtesy are three of the traits of the owner of this business. She understands the essentials involved in this line of work and carries them out with excellence! I've always been treated with such care and respect each and every time I have had an appointment for the past 6 years. I have gone to Indiana Permanent Cosmetics and Skin Care for approximately three years now and have been extremely pleased with all the applications that have been done for me. I've done facials, threading, lash extensions as well as eyebrow and eye liner permanent makeup. I have been in the cosmetology field myself (knowing how to treat customers) and cannot say enough about how professional and nice that I have been treated since I've been going to this office. I would recommend, and have already done so many times, Indiana Permanent Cosmetics and Skin Care to anyone anytime and anywhere. I've even got friends from other states that are coming to Carmel to have their permanent makeup and lashes done. I get so many lovely compliments!!
