Heather was wonderful! Very knowledgeable and kind. I am extremely happy with my eyebrows. I'm planning on returning to get the eyeliner next. I highly recommend this place.

In the past I have had such nightmarish experiences trying to remove the hair on my chin, so I was really nervous going to see Heather that I was just going to be flushing more money down the drain. As soon as I met her though, I could tell she actually knew what she was talking about. I had so many questions about how electrolysis worked and she answered them all so knowledgeable that I finally felt some confidence and hope that one day my chin hair would be gone. She gave me a REALISTIC idea about how long I would need to be treated and how hair cycles worked. (Not to dis on laser hair removal people, but they never could seem to answer any of my questions about this) Not only is Heather very helpful and informative (and witty, friendly and hilarious), she also always did her very best to keep my costs low. Unfortunately I had to move out of state before I was able to complete my treatment with her and have had to find a new Electrologist (which of course are trying to charge me way more) but I wish I could have brought Heather with me!!! She really knows her stuff, so if you're at wits end with your unwanted hair, go see her.

I bought a groupon about 10months ago and went here. My eyebrows & eyeliner turned out horrible. The brows are mismatch . One side looks drawn on with a sharpie & the other with a pencil!! Eyeliner is not even visible! The girl no longer works there as I was her last screw up before she left but he owner/manager promised me she'd fix my eyebrows & eyeliner. Needless to say they are not fixed. I will attach pictures if possible or feel free to email me. I will share my experience. I have left several voice messages & emails. I finally decided today to schedule with someone else to get my corrections made. Extremely unsatisfied customer!!

I am pleased with my permanent eyeliner and am looking forward to going a little wider with the eyeliner and the addition of the eyebrow darkening.

The service was horrible, the phone is rarely answered and the messages not returned. The first time I got the eyeliner done the girl put the wrong color and it didn't show at all. I came back to get it fixed by the owner (She cancelled twice) and she was rough with me. I followed all directives and still most of the the tatoo flaked off the same week. She said she would fix it and set me up with another appointment, but she cancelled again and never returned any of my messages to reschedule. I don't want to go back anyway. I think the reason it didn't take was because she rubbed my eye so hard with a dry paper towel before the procedure (to remove my eye makeup) that my eyes were swollen and inflamed before she even put the tatoo on. Go somewhere else.
