I had the most amazing experience here! Paula gave me an awesome dermaplane facial and now my skin feels and looks amazing! The best part is I did not break out afterwards! This was the first time this has ever happened after a facial. I will be back!!

I was very excited to try this place as I had received a gift card for an $85 facial. When I called to schedule, the lady was very rude on the phone, and couldn't (possibly wouldn't) get me in for over a month. When I arrived, the desk staff was friendly, and I only had to wait a few minutes to be called back. The aesthetician asked me what my concerns were and I said I didn't have any. She then asked what brought me in and I told her I was in for a facial. She became irritated and said they had me down for a consultation, and I told her I had scheduled a facial. Still irritated, she said she would check her schedule to see if she could do it. She came back to the room, and she said could do it, but it takes 45-60 minutes. I didn't have other plans, so that was fine with me. During the treatment, I could tell she was rushing things. She did very few extractions, didn't leave the mask on long, and did a short massage. When she was done, she told me she had put sunscreen on; that's fine. I had arrived in the parking lot at 9:22, and I was back in my car at 10:08. Not worth the money that was spent! Furthermore, when I left, my eye was irritated, and when rubbed the corner, my finger came away with foundation on it, and I don't wear makeup!!! I got home and had to wash my face to get all of the foundation off my skin. I won't be going back here as it is not a good value for your money.

I go to Dr. Turkle's skin care center, Phases, every couple of months for a facial. They are great people and they give great service. Very professional and knowledgeable - not like you find in a strip mall "spa". Their medical knowledge makes the difference.
