My review is based on the customer service I received, not any work that was done because I had none. I scheduled an appointment for an eyebrow consultation, drove almost two hours just to go to this salon because I liked her website portfolio. When I got there the door to her place was locked, lights out-closed. I called and left a message wondering what was wrong. I made this appointment 3 weeks in advance but figured maybe something came up and she was just late. I grabbed a bite to eat at the pizza shop next door to give her sometime. An hour later I gave up and was going to head home. I then receive a call where she said had left a message canceling our appointment (I did not receive it and told her so). She was polite and apologetic on the phone, she offered to reschedule but I said I needed to think on it. I then saw the negative Google reviews and decided to be cautious and not go any further with this salon.

I went there few years ago, she pretty much ruined my eyebrows, when she was done with my brows, One brow was higher and one brow was lower, one was longer one was shorter, one had a weird angle and the other one was flat, and it was extremely obvious that my brows were very very uneven, when she drew on my eyebrows everything looked fine, I honestly had no idea why when they were done, they suddenly became so crazy unbalanced, and the owners attitude was very bad, defensive and vicious when I tried to talk to her about ruining my eyebrows, she told me I do not know anything about permanent makeup, it takes few times to achieve the optimal result, But in all honesty, I don't think anyone would let someone ruin her face twice, that's how bad the eyebrows were, if they were just slightly uneven, I would be more than happy to go back, anyways had to fix my eyebrows else where. I still remember this horrible experience after all these years so please think twice before going there.

I have been going here for years. As I have gotten older.and busier life it made sense to get permanent make-up. Very clean facility and patient...def recommend. Outcome looks awesome.

She did't listen to me when I asked for brown eyeliner. She said I would like a blue color that would bring out my eyes and that the brown is too dark. It was the same color she had on her eyes (at the time). I told her I'm pretty sure I don't want that. I have alopecia and wanted to have the appearance that I have eyelashes and not the appearance that I am wearing makeup. She told me she is the artist and that it would make my eyes look better. Well turns out I did not like it. I waited a few months to see if the color would settle, it didn't. Later on, I told her that I didn't like the blue. But, she told me I signed a form that the colors can change. So I gave up on that because she didn't hear me. I never wanted the blue it was her idea in the first place. ~~ I returned years later because my eyebrows faded to a grayish color. I asked if she believed she could fix them and make them look brown again. She assured me yes. She also said she'd fix my blueish eyeliner. She charged me $500 for both eyebrows & eyeliner touch ups. Then, she told me to return in a couple weeks that the price included that. But she wasn't able to schedule me during the holidays. Then, I was sick in Jan & Feb. So when I returned in March to show her that the color on the eyebrows did not take, she told me she could fix them for $150 more. She said it's been so long that the color faded. Wow 3 months... $500 bucks and the color fades in 3 months?! The eyeliner didn't fade. I wish I had taken a photo of the eyebrows and sent it to her. I had no idea, after going to her for many years, that she would not believe me.

She does not know what she is doing. This place poses a major health risk. You may lose your eyesight due to the poor quality of work. Do not believe anything she says. Disorganized, poor quality service and a major health risk.
