I was referred to the Metropolitan by a friend in 2014. At 47 I had always thought I took good care of my skin but looking in the mirror I was feeling like the years were catching up with me. I was not trying to look 30 again as much as I wish I could. I just wanted to look fresh and rested. I have now been going to the metropolitan for years. The staff is amazing. Ryan at the front desk is always helpful and makes my visits fun. Suzanne St. James is wonderful and always helpful with my skin. She addresses my concerns and is great about suggesting options for me. I have spent a good amount of money and I am happy to say I look better than I did 10 years ago. It has been worth every penny. I am so happy I found the Metropolitan and highly recomend this place.

Wouldn’t go anywhere else for my fillers or Botox! Absolutely THE best around. They stand behind their work, always strive to give you exactly what you want and make sure you NEVER leave unhappy.

This alleged “medispa” ruined my face and there is nothing they are willing to do to fix it. Minnesota laws are so lax around medispas that they can basically perform anything they want to, keep the profits and laugh in your face even if you have PERMANENT DAMAGE done to your face by The Metropolitan on France. Suzanne St James, Holly Kane and Dr Christopher Tolan have sole responsibility regarding the damage they performed on my face but they are taking zero responsibility for all the damage they inflicted on me. They have been so smug and unaccountable so it’s time they paid the price for damages rendered. It’s time medspas became accountable for any damages inflicted. Suzanne, Holly and “Dr. T” you may want to flee country because the time has come to hold medspas accountable for damages inflicted via lack of education and greed. For Minnesota being so strongly aligned with their constuients, it’s appalling that our laws on cosmetology are horrifically blended with surgery laws. Someone stupped the law makers on this one. Minnesota, wake up and demand only those procedures that have scientific proof that work and manage the illegimate profits people like Suzanne St James and “Dr.”Christopher Tolan capitalize on. They have been laughing all the way to the bank. I was in a medical consultation complaining of the damage done to my face by Suzanne and Dr Tolan allowed her into the medical consultation without asking my permission- can you say HIPAA violation.??????? The time has come for their lack of competence and their entire focus on the almighty dollar to come to light. Do NOT allow them to hurt you, your friends, your mother, your sisters, etc. They need to be stopped. STOP them with not entrusting them or your friends with your face/skin. Vote with your lack of dollars contributing to their greedy pockets. Go find a reputable doctor who might charge a bit more but who will leave your face in tact. Suzanne St James is unethical and needs to be stopped before she permanently damages other people’s faces and bodies. I would hope a media site picks this up and does an extensive investigation on each everyone of the individuals who work for the Metropolitan on France in Edina MN and for those are work for Dr. Christopher Tolan.
