Metro Medspa is amazing. Hands down the best spa I’ve been to in the St Louis area. Knowledgeable staff, excellent care, beautiful relaxing environment. I couldn’t ask for more. My monthly membership is money well spent - I look forward to my monthly hour of “me time” in a calm, non rushed yet professional environment and my skin (and psyche) thanks me!! Highly recommend to all.

The “medical aesthetician” here does not know what she is doing. She’s rude and botched my lips! Not only botched but didn’t massage them after or tell me too when I get home. Then I came back to fix them and they tried to charge me full price again! I do not recommend this place. From now on I am going to Precision. I was also left waiting a long time during and after the service. Unprofessional and a scam.

Very clean environment. Luxury skincare + a wide variety of luxury treatments. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. My favorite treatments: SkinCeuticals Peels + Dermaplaining. 👌

I have been coming here for over a year now. First of all, everyone is super friendly and polite. They go out of their way to make me feel comfortable and to ensure that I am fully knowledgeable about the services that I am receiving and their costs. In addition, I have been receiving Botox for over 5 years. I am so thankful that I found Metro MedSpa because my results are tremendous. Not everyone knows how to do injectables to achieve the correct results. Lastly, the improvements to my skin through the proper skin routine and care. This place is fabulous.

I recently had a Hydrafacial at Metro, (which made my skin feel like silk) and while I was there, the esthetician mentioned that they could treat the broken capillaries on my chin. They’ve alway bled through my makeup, regardless of what I used. I thought I’d just have to live with them, but after a few minutes of laser treatment at Metro, they’re gone!!! I’m so pleased with the outcome and the professional staff was able to allay my fears and make me feel comfortable throughout the brief procedure. Click on photos to see my before and after.
