Let me just say Janice is awesome ! She is very professional and I was very comfortable and she was also very knowledgeable and easy going . There was no pressure , she took her time and made sure it was what I want . She was very flexible with me and I had a great first experience with doing permanent makeup , all I can say is it's Gals like her that keeps the business going and excellent service and job well done . Thank you Janice loving my eyebrows !

Janice is amazing, she has worked on myself, and others in my family. I would recommend her 100%. Excellent work, clean, beautiful and flawless... I remember visiting three different "permanent make up artists" in the Reno Sparks area for a consult before visiting Janice. I wasn't wowed until I walked into her beautiful clean office and meet this incredibly talented person. She was so kind and informative from the beginning. She had several pictures to show me, she explained the treatment and healing process in great detail, we discussed best color options for me at length. I remember her meticulously putting different colors on me to best match my skin tone. I ended up having my lips/eyes/brows done by her and I have never been happier.

Janice is the one and only person I would go to permanent make-up for and I have been a completely satisfied client for nearly a decade. My eyebrows and eyeliner are perfect...not once has anyone given me anything but compliments about her work (most people cannot believe it is permanent make-up). I've referred several others (I carry her business card with me every day!) and they are equally as happy. She is a consummate professional in every sense of the word and everything about her work is impeccable...simply gorgeous is how I feel when I leave her shop. Under no circumstances would she ever subject her clients to any risk with her products or instruments....I know this for a fact. Her shop is immaculate, comfortable, and welcoming. She is genuinely kind, thoughtful and always ensures that I am doing ok throughout the entire session. She also calls me the next day to check on me! Everyone I know (including my mom) absolutely loves her work and is 100% satisfied with the result. To go anywhere else would be foolish because Janice is #1! Thank you Janice for being the best :)
