I had my eyebrows done in 2016 and I’ve been really happy with them. Jennifer does excellent work. Will definitely be going back!

Jennifer is absolutely brilliant. She is amazing at what she does; effortlessly showing that she takes pride in her work. I had permanent makeup done by her about 2 months ago now. She suggested shading for my eyebrows rather than microblading and it was totally worth it. I had four appointments with her, the first one being a complementary consultation. During these visits, she was always willing to take her time, ask all of the right questions, address all of my questions and concerns, but most importantly she put my wants and needs first. I am thrilled with my new eyebrows and I can't thank Jennifer enough. They're so pretty and full now! I will be sure to recommend her services.

I am completely disappointed with this microblading. I wanted a strongly arched brow, but not overly thick. The first session it looked like I had something like what I wanted- but bright lights and a close up mirror are misleading. When I got home I realized my brows had no shape and I called Jen. She reassured me that this could be corrected at the touch up visit. The second visit I was careful to bring exact photos of the microblading I wanted. Jen insisted that the look I wanted could only be done with shading, or a combination of micro blading and shading. I’m not interested in shading. It simply IS NOT the look I want. I left because she said the only way to give me the look I wanted, with microblading, was to go much fuller, and we’d need to start over a different day. This is simply not true. I have found hundreds of pictures of exactly what I want. I have had consultations with two microblading artists who are confident they can give me what I want. A thin, perfectly arched, microbladed brow. It’s not an easy look to provide, but they have many years of experience. The issue is that Jen can’t do this. What she should have done, at that point, was offer me half my money back. She is quite expensive for microblading. Having spent the money with her, I can’t afford to go elsewhere for a while. In the meantime, my eyebrows don’t look like I did anything to them. Such a disappointment. If you want your eyebrows tattooed on, go to her. But I would not recommend her for microblading.

I had my eyebrow microblading done here, and the shape was completely off of my natural shape. The arch created was centered off of my natural arch and the tail of the brow was arched much higher than my natural brows. I didn't realize how bad it was at the time as most of my natural hairs were plucked at the time of blading, only to reveal the newly created brow. Now that my hair is growing in, I have "two" sets of brows. Anyone with thinning brows knows you don't want to get rid of your own hairs, so I am letting them grow in and will have them properly redone by an artist who will follow the natural contours of my face when blading. I knew something was off at the time I had this done, as the artist made a comment to me that my natural brow shape was horrible. Well, horrible or not, I didn't go here to create a completely false set of brows that don't sit properly on my face.
