I just wanted to say a couple things, first of all I love Kristi! and she has done a phenomenal job doing my eyebrows and any and every time I have an issue she takes ownership and fixes my eyebrows NO QUESTIONS ASKED and FREE OF CHARGE. When I first saw her I explained what my issue was, my left eyebrow was missing hair due to someone who threading my eyebrows taking to much hair off... so to fix it she okay and gracefully drew on my ideal eyebrows. 🤩 Today I saw her because I was losing a little color which is NORMAL.!... I also wanted to point out that before Kristi starts doing ANYTHING, she gives you a consent form that you READ and SIGN regarding what happens during the procedure, and what will happen during healing. I have always been well informed of everything that can go on and NO! THIS DOES NOT CAUSE HAIR LOSS! eveyone has different skin and everyone processes oils differently we are NOT ALL THE SAME. That’s why as a mature adult 😎 you must read what is given to you before proceeding! all of your questions will be answered in the material that is given to you if you just read, it’s that simple. I’m completely appalled by what I read below my comment. Kristi is very good at what she does and she will work with you, she is a very caring person who works very hard to make women feel beautiful. 👩🏻 I have never in all my years of receiving a beauty services met anyone I have felt so comfortable talking to. There is never a dull moment when your laying on her chair she is very talkative, which is something I like because I talk a lot too, she is also someone you can TRUST👍🏻 and she will take care of you as if you were a good friend or family member. Keep doing a good job Kristi, don’t let this little girl 😂 bring you down. 💕☺️

Went in to fill in my eyebrows but ended up losing my eyebrow hair after doing the procedure many times because it didn't take. She refused to give me a refund even after 3rd attempt. I went back 4 0r 5 times till the ink finally began to stick. Not even a year later the ink is almost completely gone and I have bald bald patches from having gone back so many times. Plus the eye brow shape thats drawn out beforehand , she doiesnt edvem follow! Every time she would start doing her ow n thing. I really hated that too. I REGRET having ever gone to her. I filed a complaint with better businesses because again she refused to refund me. Tattoos are not supposed to fade before a year or so has passed.
