Had the rudest staff when I went. I showed a pic/video and asked if she knew what type or if she could do it similar. She kept saying she couldn't tell from photos/vids rudely. Fine, forget the videos and pics, I asked for her recommendation for a natural look for my eyes -she couldn't tell me. Kept saying it was dependent on my eyes. I asked her what is the most popular one, still responded there is no popular one. Got 0 guidance so i just gave her random length and style. Later another customer walked in and showed the other girl a pic and she was able to give advice. My girl was incredibly rude and abrupt. She called her "boyfriend" while doing my lashes. Then kept talking to her peers about how she didn't even have a $1 in her bank account -very unprofessional. She did spend extra time on making my lashes full but when I went to pay she charged me $20 extra for the "upgrade," didn't ask or argue because i was so fed up. They should tell me if they're charging me extra and I still don't know what I upgraded to, I got normal eyelashes.

I have just made an appointment for my first time receiving eyelash extensions. I am very nervous. Hoping I have an amazing experience so that I will want to come back time & time again. I have no idea what look would be good for me, so I am expecting the best recommendation. I am scheduled w/Diana. I was hoping to be scheduled with Neka as I have read great reviews about her. Has anyone met Diana? See you soon Koko Bella!

Really happy with my experience at The Koko Bella Lash Bar. I got classic lash extensions from Cora. She gave me exactly what I asked for and I was in and out in about an hour and a half. Their leather reclining chairs were very comfortable and the environment was very friendly and pleasant. I will definitely go back.
