My husband bought a gift certificate for a service not knowing I had already booked through a different person. When I went to the office she practices out of and asked about a refund the receptionist went and spoke to her and told me to call back and provide them with the credit card information and a credit would be issued. Over a week later we got a call that the refund was a check which we could pick up. Upon picking up the check the refund was $350, not the original $400 which my husband paid. She had written on the check "Refund less Square refund processing fee". Square does not charge a refund fee. I use Square and it clearly states in their policy that when a refund is done it refunds the customer and the merchants Square fee. Linda Lea must have really needed that $50. Unethical at best.

I saw Linda Lea for a big health concern. I was very nervous at first because she seemed kind of quiet and very serious. But I kept seeing her because I knew she knew what she was doing. She is a great NP and she knows more than most MDs. The more I saw her, the more I realized she really is the sweetest lady. She does really care and I would recommend her to anyone. Go see her!!

Not a good experience. She had an air about her that was arrogant/superior. She seemed irritated that I didn't have my previous labs on me, but this was an introductory appointment that had no instructions ahead of time with what to bring to the appointment. I've never been to an integrative doctor before, so I wasn't sure if she would just get a fresh start on testing for me, or if I just needed to bring past documents, since I could recall all of my health history on my own. She said, "Well I can't help you today without your previous testing." So we barely discussed anything. Mind you, I filled out a large questionnaire that had all of the starting history that she would ever need for the intro appointment. She also treated me as if I was lying about my restrictive eating to cope with my condition (as if all Oklahomans eat badly). In a nutshell, I will NOT be returning.
