I have been a client of the Colleyville Lash Lounge for three years and have loved all of the technicians who work or have worked there. I currently am under the care of Marissa Wilson. She is fantastic. She is always ready for me, provides phenomenal service, and my final lash application is always full and beautiful. The front desk has always been helpful, making sure I book enough appointments out a head of time in order to ensure my Saturday accommodation. I recommended this location to a friend and she now benefits from the talent and skill sets of Marissa. Book an appointment with her today, as she is popular and her schedule fills up fast!

This studio can't keep employees. The lack of management and customer service is ridiculous. They switch up fees, they change your appointment that you have booked for months previously because all of sudden the tech is going in vacation, and they shorten you on fill times. I have been going for over a year. It used to be enjoyable then my tech up and quit. They currently have two techs, one has been there a year and a half charging senior prices and the other girl is brand new to the industry. I'd try a more stable studio. They have different locations, but from the tackiness and bad experience lately, I will go elsewhere with a different company all together. Front desk to tech employees are revolving doors. Something needs to change. Definitely lost my business! Special shout out to Kaitlyn at the front desk for her sarcasm and rolling her eyes when I went to the studio upset about having a gap between my lashes within two days of a full hour fill, which happened previous visit ad well. I emailed her about the previous visit, no response. This time, I was laughed at and was unattended to. Manager was not there as always, was told she was busy to talk on the phone, training manager Ashley and Miss Flores the store owner has not returned my calls. It's been two days. I don't care at this point.

I have gone to the lash lounge many times! I love the people there, and they have great service. The people are so sweet. My lashes have always looked so amazing when I have had them done here!

Hello: My name is Violeta Francia, I had an appointment for Lash Lift on DECEMBER 19TH â€œ2017â€ in THE LASH LOUNGE COLLEYVILLE , the lady who did it the service never explained me about the pros and cons after the procedure or doâ€™s and donâ€™ts, I asked her if I can used mascara or wash my face the same day and she told me there is not a problem at all but I didnâ€™t I washed my face in the next morning and after that my lashes looked like nothing happened, they had the same look before the procedure. After that I called to the salon explain the situation, the lady who answered the phone never apologize after heard my complaints, she only told me WE DONâ€™T HAVE a refundable policy and if I wanted I could come back to RE DO the service with a rude actitud thatâ€™s why I said no! I just want my money back. She promised me to call me back in 5 minutes because She had to talk with the store manager but that never happened, I called for the second time to explain everything again and nothing happened no body called me back, I called for third time and guess what??! Nothing happened AGAIN. I just wanna know if that is customer service policy? I just wanna know how many times I need to called to speak with the store manager and get some resolution or MY MONEY BACK? To be honest I feel betrayed, disappointment about the service and the way that you are acting with a customer. Violeta Francia.

Altho mine was a free serive since the lady was learning and building more experience. I left that place looking ridiculous. Didn't realize how bad it was til i went to get my nails done. They pointed out the horrible details.
